<description>Great blog! I really love how it’s easy on my eyes as well as the information are well written. I am wondering how I could be notified whenever a new post has been made. I have subscribed to your rss feed which ought to do the trick! Have a nice day!</description>

		<description>True :- )

Good to see that mindset is finally changing. I had times of doubt, i was not sure if PHP is good way to go and i was not sure if it was a wise career choice. But later, the more i read and used different languages the more i respected and liked PHP. Sure it has some shortcomings but its great in many ways too.

Good to see that bigger players realize there is potential for proft. MS integrating better, support from IBM and well Zend has done a lot for PHP as well. The more big guys back it up the better for the community.

Only thing i would change for PHP 7.0 would be a namespaced OOP api to all functions that exist with revised and more unified api + error reporting via exceptions. No more magical error codes and no more fatal errors. There is no situation your application should die, i mean except segmentation fault ;-)

Big thumbs up for PHP !
